1. General Information

Welcome to the Adm1nAbuse Web Store. By accessing or using this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("TOS"). Please read them carefully before making any purchase. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use our store.

2. Purchases

  • All purchases are final and non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise in this TOS or required by applicable law.

  • Items, ranks, and other benefits purchased are digital goods and have no monetary value outside the game.

3. Gifting Items

  • If you choose to purchase items for another player, ensure that the recipient’s username is entered correctly. We are not responsible for errors caused by incorrect usernames.

  • Gifting Policy: Once an item is delivered to another player, the transaction is considered final. Refunds or transfers of gifted items will not be permitted unless under special circumstances determined at our sole discretion.

4. Refunds

  • Refunds are only offered in the following situations:

    • The purchase was made in error (e.g., duplicate transactions).

    • The purchased item was not delivered due to technical issues on our end.

  • Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the purchase date.

  • Refunds for purchases made as a result of fraud or unauthorized transactions must be accompanied by supporting evidence.

  • Exceptions: Refunds for gifted items may only be considered if the item has not been used or claimed by the recipient.

5. Chargebacks

  • Attempting to Initiate a chargeback through your payment provider without contacting us first to resolve an issue will result in a permanent ban from the server and store.

6. Delivery of Goods

  • Purchased items will be delivered to your in-game account within a few minutes of payment confirmation. If you experience delays or issues, please contact our support team.

7. Server Rules Compliance

  • All purchased items must be used in accordance with our server rules. Violations of server rules may result in removal of purchased items without a refund.

8. Dispute Resolution

  • Any disputes regarding transactions or use of the store will be handled in good faith through our support team.
